Health Insurance
Health insurance is available to members with Blue Cross of Jamaica and Life of Jamaica. Members pay premiums specifically designed for Credit Union members. The health insurance plans offer “individual”, “individual plus one dependent” and “family coverage”.
Family Indemnity Plan
We offer you an affordable life insurance plan in partnership with CUNA Mutual Group to assist with funeral expenses in the case of your death or that of your loved one. The Family Indemnity Plan allows you to pay one flat monthly fee of as little as $384.00 to cover you and as many as five eligible family members.
All you need to do is:
- Fill out an application form
- Pay your first month’s premium
No medical is required.
Eligible family members include:
- Your spouse (under 76 years of age)
- Any combination of up to two parents or parents-in-law (under 76 years of age)
- Your unmarried children, including legal guardians, 25 years old and under
- Your permanently disabled children – once they are enrolled on the plan before their 26th birthday they may remain on the plan for the duration of their lives
